Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining of a human breast cancer liver metastasis showing several small round infiltrating immune cells (center of image).
Our lab focuses on breast cancer liver metastasis and combines mechanistic studies conducted in animal models with discoveries made in human tissues. Our goal is to merge findings from these basic and translational research approaches to provide evidence to support clinical testing of new immunotherapies in metastatic breast cancer.
